1: Block temporary emails with this add-on: [J] Email Check 1.2.4
2: Use a captcha on registration.
3: Moderate all threads before allowing them publicly available. Keeps the whole forum clean.
4: Limit their permissions based on threads with [EAE] Thread Count 1.2.3
5: If you don't want to moderate all threads: Use the stock spam phrase option in ACP. Just search for it and you will find it. Use phrases like links or words people use in spam posts and they will be dropped in the approval queue. Simply delete them later and posting shall be 80% clean this way.
