Not quite sure if this one is a bug. But I created a new account to test the welcome message and see what it looks like as a preview is not offer in the control panel. Upon creating the account and manually validating it via the Admin CP, the conversation didn't arrive in its inbox. I'd say it's because I manually validated it and didn't confirm the email the normal way.
