[RSS Feed/News] Submitting "Go to page" without a valid page set does generate an invalid URL

Submitting the "Got to page" form without a page does generate a URL ending in "page-NaN" (in Chrome) which obviously does not work (it generates an error when it hits the server).

This should be prevented by only allowing values > 1
