After logging in, the user cannot logout. Even if the logout process takes place in the background, his avatar appears on the screen as if he has not logged out yet and receives warnings as you can see in the attached pictures. Can't login again. but after waiting 5-10 minutes, he can login or after ctrl -f5 combination, he can login immediately. There was no such problem before the update. As far as I have tested here, this problem does not exist here either.
