Limits the number of replies allowed per thread.

1. Group Permissions allow override.
2. All phrases start with threadreplylimit_ for your convenience.

Installation:

1. Download threadreplylimit_v1.3.zip and unzip it.
2. Upload the Andy folder to your server. The correct location will be library/Andy...
