I really enjoy using tickets and I really like it.
I'm trying to have an email sent to me when a new ticket is created in a category. Here I access the menu item in the “Activate incoming email handlers” category.
I then provide my email connection. This is 100% true.
But I don't receive any emails. How come? Who knows next?
