The other day, I have split a user's thread to separate the two different topics of his original post.
But I then realized that, in the first post, he was still asking for an answer to his other question, despite it was already answered in the copied thread.
So I sent him a link to this second thread and asked him if he received any alert for that. He said that he doesn't have any alert at all for that specific thread.
How can I check if he really hasn't received any alert or if something...
