It is possible for a user (and for each user) to change the display order of categories on the forum list ?

In ex :

Category 1
Forum 1
Category 2
Forum 2
Category 3
Forum 3

to :

Category 2
Forum 2
Category 1
Forum 1
Category 3
Forum 3
