XenBot submitted a new resource:

User Groups Importer - User Groups Importer

This adds the ability to import user groups into your Admin Control Panel from an XML file. You can choose to overwrite the existing user group or create a new user group.

In debug mode, user groups can also be exported so others can import them.

User groups are allowed to import/export with their full permissions. Node-specific and user-specific permissions are not imported/exported in current versions.
