[RSS Feed/News] User upgrades should list any payment records associated with the user upgrade

When debugging user upgrades, tracking down actual payments is challenging. When viewing a user upgrade record, a list of associated payments for that user upgrade should be displayed.

This information can't be easily discovered as the required link between a payment record and a user-upgrade isn't searchable.
