[VNNET] Advanced Index For XF2 - Advanced index for search engines.

This plugin makes an easy way to only display your best content to search engines by adding meta index tag automatically, so if a thread meets one of the criteria set, the noindex tag will be removed without any interventions.
It is completely automated, however, administrators can also manually edit individual posts via the threads tool.
