[RSS Feed/News] Would this make my xf_rm_resource_watch table too big?

I've written a plugin that will force users to watch certain resources by default. An opt-out situation rather than opt-in.

Is there any downside or noticeable performance impact with an xf_rm_resource_watch table would hold 10k+ lines?
