Anyone told me if i update my xenforo to 2.2 to 2.3 would I effect whole forum or not

Plugins is the main thing. I've been testing and a lot of plugins don't work any more so make sure you take a FULL backup of you 2.2 install including files + SQL.

You need to do your own testing.
