Support Xenforo 2.3.6 to 2.3.7 Upgrade Errors

After I successfully upgraded from 2.3.6 to 2.3.7. an error triggered. Says no API included. Please see the attachment below

Though I have not identified any significant errors, but just wanted to confirm if it safe to have this kind of error.
