Support Xenforo PHP built-in mail system not working

After i install xenforo 2.3.4 my guest have not been able to received a confirmation email to validate their registration.
this is the first time i am installing xenforo and i have already created support@mydomain .com, still yet i don`t know where the issue is.
Or do i need to change my admin profile gmail to my site support mail too?
i would appreciate a quick response

brother their are few reason like Configuration of your mail account which site is using I know u setup mail box but what u need is that u need to configure everything which is in the email deliverability and after that it will work
