So let's say you have 20 forums with the tutorial prefix.
Next, you create a search forum and the criteria is the tutorial prefix. So now you have a new search forum called Tutorials where they are all available. Okay, neat. But, you can keep that, or even hide the node dispaly (or not), and create a navigation tab called Tutorials. Now, it's like you have a whole new section!
Many use cases apply. Videos, For Sale, Articles, etc.
