This Hack Adds A Post New Thread Button To The Showthread Script.
Simply put when a user is viewing a thread they are given the option to quickly jump
to the New Post Editor and begin creating a new post.
As well as this it allows Administrators to control who has access to the feature and
can be disabled for certain usergroups and individual users.
