The "Communicator" plugin adds a "Messenger" system similar to IPS with bell notifications.
The Messenger plugin adds an IPS-like messaging system to our MyBB forum header. The plugin may conflict with other plugins of similar use.
In addition, thanks to the PHP in Templates plugin, when we do not have read messages, a dot will appear under the bell.
