Add-ons [DD] Node Icons & Tools 1.5.1 RC 4

• several mionor bugs
• page icon now displayed on page
• renaming to [DD]
• NEW: Default Icon Settings

Update Core before you update any other of my addons.

Always make a backup before you update!

This Updates are big, please test them upfront in a local copy and then follow the following steps:

1. Deactivate yout forum in the Settins.
2. Update Core AddOn
3. Update any other AddOn
4. Check if all runs as expected
5. if Yes, turn on Forum again.
