Fixed an issue in the helper template that hide all upload buttons.
Update to v2.2.3
I've made an update to prevent a little bit more issues with the Froala Editor in XenForo 2.2.x
- different positions for the upload button
- choose if you disabled the XF attachment permissions
Feel free to test and comment any issues
