1. Add support for Authorize.Net as a pay gate

Please note that this paygate is different from [bd] Paygate: AUTHORIZE.NET because it allows user to use subscription. It also changed the way credit card information is entered: in XenForo form instead of in Authorize.Net website. However, no information is stored on our server for complete PCI compliance.
[INSTALLATION]
*. You must have [bd] Paygates installed.
1. Upload the library directory into your XenForo's
2. Import the add-on
3. Configure pay gate options in AdminCP > Options > [bd] Paygate: AUTHORIZE.NET ARB
4. Configure Silent Post for your account at
