Q: Does this add-on affect my forum's performance?A: No. The visitor tracking system is highly optimized to run lightweight queries. Data is cached wherever possible to ensure your forum remains fast and responsive, even with high traffic.

Q: Is the GeoIP flag system included?A: Yes! The widget automatically displays the flags of the top visiting countries based on your forum's GeoIP data. You can limit the number of flags displayed via the widget options.

Q: Can I use this if I don't have the Article Management System (AMS)?A: Absolutely. The add-on works perfectly as a standalone product. It automatically detects if AMS is installed; if not, it simply hides the article-related statistics without any configuration needed.

Q: How do I get my license unlock code after donating?A: Our system uses PayPal IPN to process donations instantly. As soon as the transaction is completed, an email containing your unique code (e.g., xxxx-xxxxx-xxxx) is automatically sent to your PayPal email address.

Q: I donated but didn't receive the email. What should I do?A: First, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it's not there, ensure your donation was at least €1.01, as the automated system triggers only for amounts above €1.00. Q: How can I translate the widget into my language?A: As of version 1.1.6, the add-on is Native English. All text (labels like "Online Now" or "Visitors Today") is managed via standard XenForo Phrases. Simply go to Appearance > Phrases in your Admin Panel to translate them into your preferred language.(Note: An Italian XML translation file is provided separately for Italian users).
