This add-on allows you to add tabs for user profiles that contain their threads starting with a certain prefix. There is no limit to what you can display.
Admin Panel:
Under the navigation menu "Users" -> "User Customization", you will see a new link to manage "Prefixed Thread Tabs". This is where you will be able to view, add, edit, and delete profile tabs.
