[RSS Feed/News] AbstractPermission::$routePrefix not used in templates, requiring duplicate templates

When extending AbstractPermission to implement an admin permissions setup; the routePrefix value isn't used in the rendered templates.

For example node_permission_edit vs permission_node_edit the only differences are the routes and if a "permissions" label is displayed.
