Support Accidentally overwrote index.php

Hey, I was installing an addon called arrowchat and accidentally uploaded all the files to the root directory instead of following the installation guide, it overwrote the index.php and now the whole forum is messed up, I wanted to ask how to reset the whole forum or revert it, I can't install it from scratch right now because Idh access to the sql database, is there anyway I could fix this?
