Custom thread fields may need to be applied to the thread creation/edit pages for all forums, but, while there is an option for (None), there is no option for (All).
It means that every time new forums are added, admin have to remember to go in and edit the custom thread fields to add them to the new forum.
If there were an (All) option, then any new forums created would automatically have the custom thread fields added.
