Support Can you add gif effects to group / user banners

So, I searched googled, here, & other places to see if you can add a URL GIF to a banner. I have seen it done, but I am new to XenForo, so I am unsure where to add it. I read how to add new colors which was under app_users_banner, but I want to add a glitter GIF to some banners to make them (More important)

If anyone knows how and where I need to add it too, it would be much appreciated.
