[RSS Feed/News] Can't attach images to Report Updates

[XenForo]

In the reports text-box I see the usual bbcodes, exactly like what you see when doing a post, but strangely enough, when you click on the image bbcode, it only shows the URL Upload option, without giving you a way to upload the picture from your machine/device. I checked every single corner of xenforo admin area but I can't find a permission or a setting for it.

Any solutions to this problem?
