I have given permissions to guest users to access and use the chat.

But they can't, I already tried to give all permissions to guest users for moderation and administration and it doesn't work

try uninstall and then reinstall it again,it might work,good luck...

I already did it, twice

I even tried with a lower version and the problem continues I don't understand what it could be.
