this addon Addon allows you to set permissions for Custom Fields members:

* Input permissions: select which group members can access and edit custom fields (supports 3 initial positions).
* Output permissions on profile page: choose which group of members can access custom fields on the profile page.
* Output permissions in message user info: select group members who can access custom fields in message user info.
