This plugin will display, on a widget, how many files are left to be downloaded if the user group is restricted on Downloads application.

It's an xml file, how do you install it? Apps only takes .tar files

Why not in the original .tar format? A zip file cannot be installed, or you should add instructions for manual upload!

With IPS, applications are installed as a TAR file, not a ZIP file!
