[RSS Feed/News] Email Change After Registration

Hi all! Not sure if this is the right place for this post but, I am having an issue with new users (spammers) registering with a valid email, and then changing to a different spammer email after registration is complete. Is there a way to have ForumStopSpam/Or? recheck emails after a change?
