All the icons that you want to add must be added to the list. Or enable the (automatically add missing icons) function and they should appear, but then you will lose loading speed.

how can I get all icons?bcs I got a ton of mixed icons even custom ones

There is no compelling reason to upgrade if your are currently running 1.2.0 RC 3 and you are not affected by the bugs fixed in 1.2.0 RC 4, 1.2.0 RC 5 and 1.2.0 .
Please note that some default values changed in 1.2.0 RC 5!
