Bug fix and new features

1. Fixed a bug that applied CSS code even if the module was globally disabled.
2. Added "External Links" option to all columns.

Now the activation of Footer Pro is done in the style properties:

• ACP >> Appearance >> Style Properties >> Footer

It is now possible to choose to display Footer Pro above or below the copyright block, this is selectable in the Style properties. (requested by @webbouk)
