[RSS Feed/News] Forum slowing down, too many Sleep processes

Hi,

Our forum is slowing down from time to time lately. It started happening lately and when this happens, there are too many Sleep processes in MySQL Process list.



Server information:

• LSWS 6.0.12
• PHP 8.1
• XF 2.2.9
• Redis 7.0
• ElasticSearch 8.2.2

I'm now rebuilding post reactions cache but any help is welcome.
