i have alot of images inside my forums i want to convert them into webp files, so should the quality decrease?

Any help?

You need Cloudflare Pro to use their auto-optimize images feature to webp. I have used it and is quite great.
There is a add-on for Cloudflare resizing image too but you need pro again and can also work without the add-on
