How can I add a Navigation Button in top menu to a third party app..?

I'm looking to use ChatNET script as the chatroom for my forum, I just need help with adding a Nav Button.

I had added the Chat button in Navigation Bar.. I wanted it to open in a new browser window so that it still leaves the forum page open...
But after playing around and putting my thinking cap on I sussed it by adding required info into Extra Attributes area as shown in pic..
