So i have done a clean install of XF 2.2.13 and used ONLY the default style but still can NOT see the same problem you have. Can it be any of your add-ons causing problem? Do you have any back-ups roll back to before this happened.
So make a full backup then try install an up-date of xenforo software to see if this fix the problem.
Or only other idea would be to install a new xenforo and see if this happens again.
I am lost to find same problem.

thank you, bro, I have found the issue, the issue is if I install xenforo on the sub-domain it's not showing an option for editing the template but, If I install it on the custom domain it's working fine .
please tell me, how can I make xenforo work correctly on the subdomain?

what happened if you try to modify another template, like app.less, is it the same?
It should not make any differences if you run it in a sub domain.
