IPS Suite How to install it?

I've added the files to public_html/forum , talking about IPS 5 beta 4 , using cpanel
And i'm trying to open the install, but nothing happens. I've tried with site/forum , with site/forum/admin/install , i even created subdomain forum.site.com , tried with forum.site.com/admin/install... i'm getting blank page with HTTP ERROR 500.
What i need to do and how i need to write the link, so i will get the install?

have you tried site/forum/admin/upgrade
or are you doing a fresh install if so start with beta 1 then work your way through the betas 2,3,4

I have the same problem, even with the retail version. The 500 error comes from the missing database setup:

That's what is being displayed when opening http://localhost/admin/install/
You'll most likely find the error message in your webserver log as well.

changed your php /// go to you hosting panel and changed php to 8.x.x
