Hi,
Is there a way to do this besides IP addresses? We have a member who's insistent on using proxies and vpns. Currently I use cookies and IP address.
I recognise that @lazy llama owns the biggest chat board, so I was hoping perhaps you perhaps could offer some suggestions?
