[RSS Feed/News] Imported RSS Feed Curl Error

testing rss feed. and got this error

There was a problem requesting the feed.

Error message: cURL error 35: error:1408F10B:SSL routines:ssl3_get_record:wrong version number (see libcurl - Error Codes)

Even adding new feed same results.I'm currently on updated software.
