[RSS Feed/News] Insert Quotes When Editing a Post

If you go and attempt to edit an existing post you'll notice that the "Insert Quotes" button for the Multi-Quote system is missing. Long story short I'm looking for a simple add-on that adds that in.

Anyone know of any?
