[RSS Feed/News] Is it possible to create a node that only allows polls?

I created a "General Discussion" type forum where I want members to only be able to post polls, however when I select "Forum" as the node type, and the type as "General Discussion" and then choose the node settings the "General Discussion" thread is grayed out and I don't have the option to only allow polls:



When members post polls the default tab that is highlighted is "General Discussion" like this:
