A complete refactoring of the plugin has been performed.

Integration with Cookie Consent has been implemented.
The plugin now supports XenForo’s built-in cookie consent mechanism. When the “Require third-party cookie consent” option is enabled, the counter is loaded only after the user has granted consent for third-party cookies.
Yandex.Metrika is correctly displayed in the consent management interface with its label and description.
