Community submitted a new resource:

(k4) NewMobileNavigation - IPS Applications and Plugins

The plugin adds an avatar (at the top) and a title (at the bottom) to the mobile menu.

The plugin was written by_ix, at one time, to order for version ips4.3.

I share it here for free.
