[RSS Feed/News] LOG if user entered what he paid for / NODE - possible?

From time to time we have con's asking for a refund claiming they never accessed the NODE / Paid forums and the charge was unauthorized.

We would like to have a LOG with date and time stamp that shows if the user indeed never entered the area or if they do.

Is this something already there in Xenforo?
