modsecurity mess things up any way how to partially disable this thing?? atm for me it is fully disabled because i cant upload anything there while it is on.. cant even install the forum script lmao
all the time i get that cocky 408 error not availiable like wtf... any help pls?

Yes!
Instead of disabling it completely, check your server logs, figure out which rule IDs are throwing the 408s, and add them to the exception list. That should let you upload without nuking all security.
