I just discovered that I can move media from a personal album into a category regardless if I have the permission to add media to the category. However, I can only do this using inline moderation.
Also, for categories that require approval when adding media I can move media into them and skip the approval process.
The account used for testing is not a moderator or administrator. Can anyone verify these issues or do I have something wrong with my permissions configuration?
