I put a backup online but I have a problem with the accents and emoji
EG.:

my database is under utf8mb4_general_ci

Which language are you using on your forum ? maybe you need to install language pack

I use French it's already installed
It must be from the database but I don't know where I have moved my forum to another machine

you are restoring database ? on old server there was no problem ?

I use same format you are using on database.
I think it is something with php version.
