During a COVID three month hospital stay, I thought that I had upgraded my main license for upgrades, but this does not work.

I am back home now, with messed up passwords. My board works fine, but it needs upgrading!

Yo u have now locked me out of upgrade access and the ticket system. PLEASE HELP!
